The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the Decision on giving Approval to the Environmental Impact Assessment Study of the project of mining works within the exploitation of solid mineral raw materials at the location of Čukaru Peki, on the territory of cadastral municipalities Brestovac, Slatina and Metovnica, Bor.
The issuing of the Decision was preceded by the presentation of the Study and public consultation, in accordance with the Rulebook on the procedure of public insight, presentation and public consultation on the Environmental Impact Assessment Study (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 69/2005), which was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and our company (who drafted the Study) and a large number of interested citizens and representatives of environmental organizations.
In a constructive atmosphere, citizens expressed their concerns and opinions regarding the project of the company Zijin/Rakita Exploration d.o.o., received answers from the Contractor for drafting the Study and were instructed to submit official comments on the Study to the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
Air Quality Plan developed for the Kragujevac agglomeration

Dvoper d.o.o. developed the Air Quality Plan and the Short-Term Action Plan for Air Quality Protection in the Kragujevac Agglomeration, which, based on the Law on Air Protection, is an obligation of the local self-government in which air quality is of the third category. After public consultations that were held in the premises of the City Administration of Kragujevac, the Plan was sent to the Ministry of Environmental Protection for approval.

Approval obtained for Environmental Impact Assessment Studies for Projects: New landfill with supporting facilities at Vinča site and Construction of municipal waste and landfill gas plant “Vinča”
After years of dedicated work, we are pleased to announce that on September 30, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a Decision approving environmental impact assessment studies for new landfill projects with associated facilities at the Vinča site in Belgrade and the construction of the facility for energy utilization of municipal waste and landfill gas “Vinča”.
The preparation of the Baseline Environmental Assessment and the preparation of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) in line with the requirements of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) financing the construction of the project were preceded before Environmental Impact Assessment Studies.

Local Environmental Action Plan of the Municipality of Malo Crniće was prepared
The company Dvoper ltd prepared the Local Environmental Action Plan of the Municipality of Malo Crniće for the period from 2020 to 2025, which was presented to representatives of the Municipality of Malo Crniće, the Public Utility Company and the interested public. Adoption of the document is scheduled for September.

Issued Integrated Permit (IPPC) for Titan Cementar Kosjerić d.o.o.
On 17 July 2018, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a Decision on the issuance of an Integrated Permit for the operator TITAN CEMENTARA KOSJERIĆ ltd, number 351-01-00372/2018-03 for the operation of the entire plant and performing activities of cement production at the location of the municipality of Kosjerić.
The decision was made pursuant to Article 15, and in conjunction with Article 23 of the Law on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 135/04 and 25/15).
Contract is signed with The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, SIDA for the Monitoring of the project “Further implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive in Serbia”
Dvoper ltd. signed a contract with the Company The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida for the Monitoring of the project “Further implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive in Serbia” implemented by the “Cleaner Production Center Serbia” faculty of Metallurgy, University of Belgrade.
Dvoper ltd. will provide monitoring services for the whole project period to support Sida in its follow-up and dialogue with the CPCS and the Ministry. Monitoring and reporting will focus the agreed project results framework.

Dvoper ltd. submitted the Request for issuing the Integrated Permit (IPPC) for the operation of Titan cement factory ltd. plant
On 13th of February 2017 the Request for issuing the Integrated Permit (IPPC) for the operation of Titan cement factory ltd. plant and for performing the activities of cement production at the location Kosjerić was submitted, according to the Law on integrated pollution prevention and control („Official Gazette RS“, No. 135/2004 and 25/2015).
The Request is submitted for the extension of validity of the Integrated (IPPC) Permit No. 1 in the Republic of Serbia (Decision No. 353-01-00393/2010-02 from 28.06.2011.) which is valid until 28th of June 2018.

Dvoper ltd. was engaged by the PUC “Ivanjica” to draft the Study for biodegradable waste – green waste management at the territory of Ivanjica municipality. The goal of the Study is to analyze the state of management for biodegradable waste, and to estimate and give the proposition for further management for this type of waste.
