Submitted The Request for defining the scope and content of Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project: New landfill with the accompanying facilities at Vinča location in Belgrade

 

The Company Dvoper ltd. drafted the Request for defining the scope and content of Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project: New landfill with the accompanying facilities at Vinča location in Belgrade, Municipality Grocka – City of Belgrade, the Investor being the Company “Beo Čista Energija“ ltd.

The Request was drafted in accordance with the Rulebook on the Contents of the Request on the need for Environmental Impact Assessment and contents of the Request for defining the scope and content of Environmental Impact Assessment Study (“Off. Gazette RS”, No. 69/2005)

Issued Integrated Permit (IPPC) for Titan Cementar Kosjerić d.o.o.

 

On 17 July 2018, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a Decision on the issuance of an Integrated Permit for the operator TITAN CEMENTARA KOSJERIĆ ltd, number 351-01-00372/2018-03 for the operation of the entire plant and performing activities of cement production at the location of the municipality of Kosjerić.

The decision was made pursuant to Article 15, and in conjunction with Article 23 of the Law on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 135/04 and 25/15).

Contract is signed with The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, SIDA for the Monitoring of the project “Further implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive in Serbia”

 

Dvoper ltd. signed a contract with the Company The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida for the Monitoring of the project “Further implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive in Serbia” implemented by the “Cleaner Production Center Serbia” faculty of Metallurgy, University of Belgrade.

Dvoper ltd. will provide monitoring services for the whole project period to support Sida in its follow-up and dialogue with the CPCS and the Ministry. Monitoring and reporting will focus the agreed project results framework.

The Company Dvoper ltd. drafted the Request for defining the scope and content of Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the Project: The facility for the energy utilization of municipal waste and landfill gas “Vinča”, Municipality Grocka – City of Belgrade, the Investor being the Company “Beo Čista Energija“ ltd.

The Request was drafted in accordance with the Rulebook on the Contents of the Request on the need for Environmental Impact Assessment and contents of the Request for defining the scope and content of Environmental Impact Assessment Study (“Off. Gazette RS”, No. 69/2005)

 

Dvoper ltd. submitted the Request for issuing the Integrated Permit (IPPC) for the operation of Titan cement factory  ltd. plant

On 13th of February 2017 the Request for issuing the Integrated Permit (IPPC) for the operation of Titan cement factory  ltd. plant and for performing the activities of cement production at the location Kosjerić was submitted, according to the Law on integrated pollution prevention and control („Official Gazette RS“, No. 135/2004 and 25/2015).

The Request is submitted for the extension of validity of the Integrated (IPPC) Permit No. 1 in the Republic of Serbia (Decision No. 353-01-00393/2010-02 from 28.06.2011.) which is valid until 28th of June 2018.

 

Conctract signing with the PUC „Ivanjica“ for drafting the Study for biodegradable waste – green waste management at the territory of Ivanjica municipality

Dvoper ltd. was engaged by the PUC “Ivanjica” to draft the Study for biodegradable waste – green waste management at the territory of Ivanjica municipality. The goal of the Study is to analyze the state of management for biodegradable waste, and to estimate and give the proposition for further management for this type of waste.

Cooperation with the company Trimo-Engineering d.o.o.

In November 2017 the contract was signed between Dvoper ltd. and Trimo-engineering ltd., which deals with the production of facade and roof systems, on the provision of consulting services related to environmental protection, most notably:

  • Communication with competent authorities,
  • Presence during inspection audits,
  • Reporting to the Environmental Protection Agency,
  • Updating and drafting of acts in order to fulfill the obligations defined by the Law and other legal acts.

Dvoper ltd Participated at the 2nd HUSZPO regional conference on environmental impact assessment in Novi Vinodolski

 

Dvoper ltd. participated in this year’s HUSZPO regional conference on environmental impact assessment (http://www.huszpo-konferencija.com/zbornik-radova-regionalna-konferencija-o-procjeni-utjecaja-na-okolis/), held in Novi Vinodolski, Republic of Croatia from 16th to 19th September 2015. At this conference Dvoper presented to the audience its Paper Problem of borrow pits and material deposit areas during the construction of highways: A case study for Serbia, which was also made available as a poster presentation. The paper presented the experience in this issue acquired by Dvoper ltd. during the implementation of the Project for the construction of highways E75 and E80 of Corridor X where Dvoper is engaged for more than 4 years as a part of Technical assistance to Koridori Srbije for the environmental protection segment. Dvoper is participating in the Project with the French company Egis.

Due to its current relevance, with similar Projects being undertaken in the region, the paper draw significant attention of the attendees which resulted in an interesting discussion and conversation on the given subject, followed by the mutual exchange of experiences from the environmental protection practice on road infrastructure construction projects.

Contract is signed with the Company Titan cement factory Kosjerić ltd. for extending the IPPC permit

Dvoper ltd. signed a contract with the Company Titan cement factory Kosjerić ltd. on providing consulting services in the process of extending validity of the IPPC permit. It was by contract provided to, besides providing the consulting services during negotiations and harmonization with the competent authority, draft and amend the Request for issuing the IPPC permit, change and amend of the documentation attached with the request, and includes:

  • Accident Protection Plan,
  • Review of the Monitoring Plan,
  • Review of the Waste Management Plan,
  • Review of the plan of measures for efficient use of energy,
  • Review the plan of measures for environmental protection after the cessation of operation and closure of the plant.
